Warranty

At Nexoopet, we stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or develops a manufacturing defect under normal use, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

To request a warranty claim, email support@nexoopet.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos of the product. Our support team will review your request and provide the best possible solution, which may include a replacement or refund when applicable.

Please note that the warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications.
